SYNCOOL SYNTHETIC SOLUBLE CUTTING OILS
SARBI's Research & Development has developed special synthetic cutting fluids which are designed to give long service life and form transluscent / transparent emulsions/solutions, effective as coolants at low concentrations.
SYNCOOL 110 is a synthetic cutting fluid forming transluscent emulsion which contains effective Rust Preventive Additives and other performance additives suitable for high speed machining and grinding jobs. Its emulsion has high bacterial resistance and antifoaming characteristics.
SYNCOOL 110 is recommended at 1:50 , 1:30 dilution ratios with water.
SYNCOOL 120 does not contain oil and forms true transparent solution when mixed with water. The COOLANT solution is exceptionally resistant to bacterial attack providing long coolant life and rust protection to machined parts. SYNCOOL 120 is exceptionally suitable for grinding, maintaining grinding wheels, free cutting edge, without loading.
Normally SYNCOOL 120 is used with water in 1:50 to 1:30 ratio depending upon the machining and finish desired.
SYNCOOL 130 is a semisynthetic coolant concentrate. It forms a transluscent emulsion with water containing selected antirust, antibacterial additive with inherent antifoam characteristics. The resultant coolant has long emulsion life in use. The emulsion beside being a keen grinding coolant has a degree of lubricity to provide fine finish. It is recommended for medium high speed to high speed machining on automatics as well as grinding operations.
Dependent upon the type of machining grinding the dilutions of 1:10 to 1:50 with water are used.
SYNCOOL 140 a semisynthetic coolant concentrate, can be used in all machining applications. It forms a transluscent emulsion with water containing selected antirust, antibacterial additive with inherent antifoam characteristics. The resultant coolant has long emulsion life in use. The emulsion has good degree of lubricity which provides excellent finish. It is recommended for medium high speed to high speed machining on automatics as well as grinding operations.
